Friends of Ladd's Addition Gardens (or FLAG) is a community-based nonprofit founded in 1989 dedicated to helping the City of Portland care for the four historic rose gardens and Center Circle Park in the Ladd's Addition Neighborhood.

FLAG uses these unique and beautiful City Parks to bring our community together.
